My boyfriend and I have no children. But we treat our cat and our dog like our children. I am ashamed that I have not posted pictures of my babies before now......

The contest is OVER!!!
Technically, my thread was over as of yesterday, but due to a VERY busy schedule, I was unable to post the results as they happened. So without further ado.....

It was decided earlier on in the contest that a person couldn't win two of the same contests. So Sunsign6 graciously gifted her second prize to CelebrateLife!
It was always intended that everyone who didn't win the free item would receive a discount from 50%-75%. Well, when I looked at how nice everyone was to each other, I couldn't give some people a larger discount, and some a smaller one. So I decided that everyone would receive the 75% discount. The winner of the free item is ....
Southampton Creations!!
The next public contest was a threadkiller, and then a secret contest of who would post the most. The winner of BOTH contests was my pal, Taleri!
Some people may wonder why Taleri was able to win 2 prizes and Sunsign6 had to gift her second prize away. I thought long and hard about this, and it was not an easy decision. I decided that the number of posts contest was a single contest, and it was only fair that each person be allowed to win only once. The threadkiller, along with the percentage of posts were two individual contest that just happened to be contained within the same thread, therefore the same person could win.
Everynight a new Etsy buddy, Goshengirl (I suggest you check her etsy store out, she makes LOVELY jewelry items!) hosts a Tag themed BNR. If you are looking to make a sale (especially a first sale, it boosts the self-esteem SO much!), in this BNR you WILL make a sale that night. No ifs, ands or buts!
I recently hosted my first late night tag contest, and while there were only 5 people, I feel it was a complete success. Look for me to host a new contest pretty frequently, more than likely a late night contest. I am making up a mailing list of people to invite for this game, if you would like to be included, please convo me on etsy!
The Tag BNR is also a WONDERFUL place to make some lovely new buddies! Etsy is so much fun when you meet some like minded, friendly, sweet, happy people. The forums have made me so many new friends, I am so happy to have met them!

THREE free items?!!?
OK, so here's the next part of the contest. This will NOT be posted on Etsy. I may hint one the forum to read my blog....but I'm not sure. So here's what I've decided.
Obviously, *I* do not count. At the end of the contest and the thread killer, I will go back and get some stats from the thread (WOW that could take a long time!!).

Some more "fine details"
Well, there have been a few issues that came up during the course of my promo, and I wanted to have a definate record of the changes/updates. I am using my blog as a fail safe, so that in the event there is any question about the integrity of the contest, we have a record of what was happeneing!
The ThreadKiller, which will be effective after the 572nd post, has been shortened. Originally, I had said it would be the last post in 10 hours. Well, I've never seen anyone go 10 hours! Alot of people have their threadkiller set at 24 hours, which is genious advertising, but no one is going to win! I want someone to win. So, it seems, does everyone else. When I suggested lowering the time limit to 6 hours, it was unanimously decided. So officially, the threadkiller will begin on post 573, and the last person to post in 6 hours wins a FREE ITEM!! Absolutely free, no shipping! Item must come from my new item section in my store, but don't worry...there's some awesome stuff, if I do say so myself!
Now, on to the second order of business....
In this kind of contest, it is very simple for someone to win multiple numbers. That is not really in the spirit of this contest, and not all together fair. So, let's address what happens in the event that someone does indeed win multiple posts.
As mentioned in the first post, the prizes are a free item, and five various amounts of discount ranging from 50%-75% off. So the person who wins multiple prizes gets the opportunity to be a generous person and gift their second prize to someone! The gifter will get the higher of the discounts or the item.
I'm thinking of what else I can throw out there as far as prizes, so we will see!
